The 60-Night Face-Back Promise

Use AfterShot for 60 nights, counted from the day your order is delivered. If your face and neck don't look firmer and more rested, email us and we refund every penny of your first order.

- No photos.
- No returns. You don't send anything back.
- Keep the gifts.

How to claim it

Email support@aftershotskin.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the words "Face-Back Promise". We confirm within 2 business days and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

The Promise covers one refund per customer and household, on the first order.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick description. We send a replacement at no cost, or refund that item, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us. We reship your order free or refund it in full.

Cancelling an order before it ships

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we cancel it and refund it in full. After that, your order may already be packed. You're still covered by the Face-Back Promise.

Subscription renewals

If a monthly refill was charged and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge. If it hasn't shipped, we refund it in full and cancel your subscription.
