Cancellation policy

Monthly refills: cancel anytime

When you choose "Subscribe & Save", your refill ships every 30 days and your payment method is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel.

Before every renewal

We email you a reminder before each charge.

How to cancel, skip or pause

- Online: log in to your account, open your subscription and choose Cancel, Skip or Pause.
- By email: write to support@aftershotskin.com with the email on your order. We confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Timing

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to stop that charge. If a refill was charged and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge. If it hasn't shipped, we refund it in full.

What you keep

Kits you've already received are yours. Your first order stays covered by the 60-Night Face-Back Promise.
