Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order

Every order ships free with tracking. There is no minimum.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. For Puerto Rico, US territories or military addresses (APO/FPO), email us before ordering.

How long it takes

- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
- Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Your 60 nights only start counting on the day it's delivered.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties are paid by us. You don't pay anything at delivery.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email support@aftershotskin.com. We reship it free or refund it in full.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we reship it once at no cost after you confirm the right address.
